Information we collect

Information you provide

When you request an estimate or contact us, you may provide:

• Contact details, such as your name, phone number, email address, and preferred callback time.
• Vehicle and service details, such as year, make, model, the service you need, insurance or claim details you choose to provide, and whether the vehicle is drivable.
• A description of the damage and any photos you choose to upload or text to us.
• Other information you include in a message to us.

Information collected when you use the site

The site and its service providers may automatically receive technical and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, interactions with site features, and the date and time of a visit.

Google Analytics loads on tracked public pages and may use first-party cookies, including cookies whose names begin with _ga, to distinguish visits and measure page views and actions such as estimate submissions or use of contact links. The site sends Google Analytics a privacy-filtered page address and referring page. It keeps recognized campaign and advertising identifiers, but omits arbitrary query parameters and obvious email- or phone-like campaign labels. The details and photos submitted through the estimate form are not sent to Google Analytics.

We use OpenAI’s advertising measurement pixel to connect successful estimate submissions and phone-link clicks with our ChatGPT ads. It may use first-party cookies and receive advertising identifiers, event timestamps, the website origin, and browser or network information. When automatic advanced matching is enabled, supported contact information found on the page is hashed in the browser to help match events. Our configured conversion events do not include vehicle details, damage descriptions, insurance information, or photos. A phone-link click does not confirm that a call connected.

The estimate flow uses short-lived first-party browser storage to confirm that a request returned successfully and to avoid duplicate conversion counts. Session storage may contain a random request identifier, a timestamp, and privacy-filtered campaign or referring-site attribution, but not the details or photos you submitted. If session storage is unavailable, the site may use a 30-minute cookie containing only the random request identifier and timestamp.

How we use information

We use information collected through the site to:

• Respond to your questions and estimate requests.
• Contact you, discuss the requested service, and help schedule a visit or follow-up.
• Operate, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website and its forms.
• Understand how people use the site and measure actions such as estimate submissions and use of call, text, or directions links.
• Comply with legal obligations and protect our rights, safety, and property or those of others.

Who receives information

We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients when needed for the purposes described above:

• Web3Forms, which processes estimate-form submissions and uploaded attachments for delivery to us. Its handling of that information is also described in the Web3Forms privacy policy.
• Website hosting and security providers that deliver, protect, and support the site.
• Google services used on the site, including Google Analytics, Google Maps, and Google Fonts. You can learn more in Google’s privacy policy.
• OpenAI, which measures the estimate submissions and phone-link clicks associated with our ChatGPT ads. Its handling of information is described in OpenAI’s privacy policy.
• Email delivery providers that help deliver form submissions or communications.
• Authorities or other parties when disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or property.

How long information is kept

We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your request, provide the requested service, operate the site, meet applicable legal or business requirements, and resolve disputes. The appropriate period depends on the nature of the information and why it was collected.

Estimate-confirmation browser records are used for no more than 30 minutes. Matching session records are removed when they expire while the site remains open or on a later site load, and otherwise disappear when the browser tab or session ends. Fallback cookies expire after 30 minutes.

Google Analytics event and user data is currently configured for a 14-month retention period. Google Analytics first-party cookies may remain in your browser for up to two years unless you delete or block them sooner. Retention for aggregated reports and information processed by Google may differ under Google’s policies.

Information processed by Web3Forms is also handled according to its privacy policy.

Browser privacy signals and activity across sites

ChatGPT ad measurement remains off while your browser sends Global Privacy Control or an enabled Do Not Track signal. Other services on the site, including Google Analytics, use their own settings and controls.

Third-party services used on the site, including OpenAI, Google Analytics, Maps, and Fonts, may receive information about your browser or device and may collect information over time and across different websites, subject to their own privacy policies and settings.

Your choices and requests

You can choose not to submit optional information, although that may limit our ability to respond to or evaluate an estimate request. You can use your browser settings to manage cookies and similar technologies, or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. Disabling these technologies may affect measurement or some site features.

To ask about information you submitted, or to request access, correction, or deletion, email info@azcollisionla.com. We will review and respond to requests consistent with applicable law.

Changes to this notice

We may update this notice as the website or our practices change. We will post the revised notice on this page and update the effective date shown above.
