Do you work with my specific insurance company?
Yes. We accept all insurance providers and work directly with your insurance adjuster from claim to pickup, so you skip the back-and-forth. See how insurance claim repair works.
Will the new paint match my existing color?
We use a computerized paint-matching system that reads your vehicle’s color code and accounts for natural weathering, then blend adjacent panels so the repair matches the rest of the car.
How long will my repair take?
Repair times vary with the extent of the damage and parts availability. After your free estimate we give you a projected timeline, and we keep the job moving as fast as parts and proper repair allow.
Can you help me get a rental car?
Yes. We can help coordinate a loaner or rental car through our local partners so you aren't stranded while your vehicle is in the shop. Just let us know you need a ride when you book your estimate!
What if my car isn't drivable? Do you offer towing?

Do you use OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts?
We work with you and your insurance provider to choose the best option for your car, whether that is OEM parts or high-quality alternatives.
Can I get a wrap or window tinting done while my car is being repaired?
Definitely. Since we offer wraps, customization, and tinting, many of our clients choose to upgrade their vehicle’s look while it’s already in the shop for bodywork. It’s the perfect time for a refresh!
Is there a warranty on your work?
Yes. Our work is backed by a limited lifetime warranty on paint and bodywork, for as long as you own the vehicle. It covers our bodywork workmanship and the paint against peeling, bubbling, and cracking. It does not cover parts under a manufacturer's warranty, rust from unrepaired damage, damage from later accidents, or normal wear. The warranty is non-transferable.
