Does a dented Tesla panel need replacement?
Not always. The material, location and depth of the damage determine whether repair is possible. Tesla sets repair limits for individual parts, so we check the procedure for your model rather than replacing every dented panel or straightening a part that needs replacement.
How long does a Tesla collision repair take?
We give you an expected schedule with the written estimate. A bumper repair usually involves less work than a collision affecting several panels and the structure. Parts availability, paintwork, required calibration and insurance claim review can all affect timing.
Are OEM Tesla parts available?
Yes. OEM parts are available. We check the Tesla part numbers and availability for your repair and explain the parts options before ordering. If insurance is paying, coverage depends on your policy and claim.
Do the cameras need calibration after bodywork?
When required, we calibrate affected advanced driver-assistance systems. The calibration requirements depend on your Tesla model, its equipment and the work performed.
How is the paint color matched on my Tesla?
We use a computerized color-matching system during refinishing. We compare the color with the existing finish, blend adjacent panels when needed and check the repaired area against the surrounding paint.
